If we have not yet submitted your filing, you may request a full refund of amounts paid (Stripe processing fees may apply per our published policy).

If we already filed and the issue is our error (wrong DOT, duplicate charge we caused), contact support. Official UCR fee refunds, when available, follow UCR Plan / NRS rules.
